In my latest art work I study the different aspects of the urban city, especially its wastelands. Using digital and traditional film camera, I depict details of junk and industrial waste lying on construction sites, dockyards and abandoned beach-fronts, but also in the backyards of our very homes. Unexpected beauty can be found in the harsh urban environment and decay. On the other hand, I want to highlight concern about the state of the environment, and the threats that global climate change is raising. I document pollution, taking many variations, from the tracks of acid rain in plastic surfaces to corrosion in metal objects.
